If the exterior walls on your home are old & rotten & need replacing or you simply want to retain more heat within your home to lower your outgoings, we have created an energy efficient thermally enhanced outer wall system. The original rotting plywood outer wall boarding is removed, the wall thickness is doubled, screwing treated timbers onto the original structure. Unlike other methods of simply screwing insulation to the outer walls, this not only increases the structural strength of the home but also provides a cavity to install further insulation and allows the existing wall frame to be checked for rot and replaced. PIR foil faced insulation board is installed inside the new wall structure on top of the existing insulation, we then have three outer wall covering options to suit every budget whether you require a maintenance-free finish to your walls or simply want to renew the original appearance of your walls, the products we offer are listed below.  

Multi-Pro XS rot resistant & non combustible Magnesium Oxide board that has replaced the use of plywood which for years had a minimum shelf life & was prone to rotting, 12mm Multi-Pro XS is fitted using  non rusting stainless steel screws, the board is primed & texture coated using the hand trowel & roller method to provide a traditional bark effect finish, this product will give you the original appearance of your Park Home without the without the worries of long term wall rot.
