If the pitch of your roof is more than 12 degrees your property can be over-roofed simply laying Klober underlay, treated tile battens and a granular finished lightweight metal roof tile onto the existing roof surface, If your roof is flat or less than 12 degrees, a flat to pitch roof conversion will be required, with pre-fabricated gable ends with overhangs and trusses manufactured to suit your home. Klober underlay, treated tile battens & metal roof tiles will be installed onto the roof carcass, increasing the pitch of the roof, on all conversions screws are used to anchor the new roof, to compliment our tiled roof conversions, our roofline products Pvcu fascia boards & squareline guttering are added, if required our roofline products can be fitted to any existing roof.

Bay Window tiled roof canopy conversions.

A large proportion of older Park Homes where all fitted with Bay roof canopies made from thin texture coated plywood, over the years this type of covering has been found to be inadequate, causing the roofs to rot & leak. To eradicate this problem we have pioneered a system using Lightweight Metal Roof Tiles which offer a guaranteed Bay roof top while enhancing the look of your home.
