One of our specialist services is complete Bathroom refurbishment, Park Homes which are relatively new in excellent condition with good external and internal decoration often suffer from old fashioned Bathrooms, in a relatively short period of time Bathrooms can look out of date compared with today’s modern suites. 

This service starts with completely removing the old Bathroom suite, the vulnerable chipboard floor is checked for water ingress, if necessary the floor is replaced with water resistant plywood, walls can be strengthened using plywood, at this stage window apertures are often reduced & moved to allow for layout changes, the walls are then covered with maintenance free tiled or marble effect decorative boarding, ceiling are covered with a white decorative boarding & led down lights are installed, on the floor LVP non-slip waterproof vinyl plank flooring is laid, a modern Bathroom suite is then fitted to your specification, walk in showers with a glass screen, quadrant showers, baths or shower baths with a screen are available with a variety of shower mixers including fixed head, flexible head or combined bath/shower mixer, modern vanity basins & a short projection WC will compliment your new Bathroom, old fashioned radiators can be replaced with a modern towel rail, we also offer a range of access aids, to help you chose your bathroom based around your individual needs, to compliment this a full design service is available.
